You can make a transfer to any of our Akbank, Finasbank, Garanti Bank, T. İş Bankası, or Yapı Kredi bank accounts (TL).

Through our website with your credit cards

You can make a single online payment or take advantage of online installment options from Akbank for any type of credit card. For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order. In the case of a possible order cancellation or stock issues, a refund will be made to your credit card within 3 business days.

Order Price Refund

In the event of the cancellation of your orders for possible reasons, LEAM ALMES TEXTILE INDUSTRY AND TRADE LIMITED COMPANY will refund the product price to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you need to accurately and completely provide your bank account details and/or credit card information to our company's finance officials.

Delivery

We strive to deliver the products you have ordered to the cargo on the same day. For products that take time to procure, the cargo delivery time is 5 - 10 business days as stated in the product details. You will be informed in the event of a potential delay in delivery. Our products are produced upon order.

To ensure smooth product delivery, please provide the address where you are located during the day as the delivery address.

Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you specified at the end of your order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be sent via XXXXXXXX cargo company. Your orders will be delivered to the cargo company within a maximum of 10 (ten) business days after they are confirmed.

You can consult our customer representative about different delivery conditions. Also, cargo deliveries are only valid for Turkey.

Payment Tracking

If the system cannot complete the transaction due to any issue, our visitor will be informed of this situation at the end of the payment page.

In the event of an error at the specified address, the person who placed the order will be contacted regarding the undeliverable order.

The validity of the email address provided by our visitor is confirmed with an automatic email sent after the order is processed.

We are responsible not only to the customer but also to the bank whose credit card system we use regarding the completion of the delivery.

Please note!

Please open and check packages that you believe were damaged during shipment in the presence of the delivery company representative. If you think there is any damage to the product, have the delivery company issue a report and do not accept the product.

Once the product is received, it is considered that the delivery company has fully completed its task.

If the product is damaged: Notify us at info@leamalmes.com with the report you prepared as soon as possible.

If you carry out these procedures, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
